About the Developer

Cormorant Developments (OPC) is committed to creating premium boutique residential communities in the Philippines, combining international design standards with authentic coastal living. Ocean View Residences in Argao, Cebu is our flagship project — six individually designed oceanfront homes, built alongside a working scuba centre and bar rather than in isolation from them.

We keep our developments deliberately small. Every residence, and every guest of the Scuba Centre and Ocean Bar, is looked after by a team that knows the project personally — not a call centre.
